Change of Major/Program Request Form

Please fill out this form if you are currently enrolled in degree program at Berklee Online and would like to request to change your current major, change your program, or declare your major.

Important notes:

Change of major/program requests are subject to approval. Approval is not guaranteed
Change of major/program requests will be processed for the coming semester
Students may only change their major/program once per semester
All requests must be received by 5PM (ET) the Friday prior to classes starting in order to take effect for that semester
Any shift in requirements due to a change of major or program may impact applicability of transferred or completed credits
No change of major/programs can be processed for a student enrolled in their final semester
Undergraduate Students: all requests are being processed for Bachelor of Arts programs
Graduate Students: students are not allowed to change their major and must reapply if they wish to pursue a different program.
